Good OC Settings?

Hi everyone, just overclocked my i5-3570k to 4.5ghz at 1.25v seems to running very well ran a few tests of prime95 and cinebench and came out fine and playing bf3 for a few hours and no issues so my question is this, is 1.25v good for a 4.5ghz OC to high or to low? 

Temps:

Idle 30-35

Load 55-60

Specs:

i5-3570k

Xigmatek dark knight Cooler

Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe

Looks good to me.  Have you tried testing it with lower volts?

I tried 1.22 not enough, so Just went with 1.25 I will try some lower voltages
