Good Inexpensive HDD Controller?

I have an ASUS P8Z68 V motherboard that only has 2 sata 6gbs ports, and I'm going to be getting two 120gb ssds to raid and that will take up the two intel sata ports on the motherboard, and I have 2 sata 3 hdds that I still also want to use.

Is it better to just put them in the sata 2 ports or get a hdd controller?

And does anyone know a decent hdd controller to get (prefferably cheap)?

Just use the SATA 3Gb/s ports. There performance hit will be nill since mechanical drives can't saturate SATA II bandwidth.
