Good gaming mouse & keyboard

Looking for some gaming gear. I don't intend to spend too much on these, maybe maximum would be about $25 each. If you can help that would be great. One more thing- I have a Logitech G500 mouse in my list and I just wanted to get some opinions but I also want to buy a keyboard. I have a spare keyboard but it's the one that came with the old dinosaur Windows XP and I would really like to get another one. So to fit into my budget of $550 (my other hardware adds up to $500) I would like to get mouse/keyboard for $25 each. Thanks!

Get a Logitech G400. It has a better sensor ans just the right weight (as opposed to G500 being way too heavy).

But you can adjust the weight in the G500 with the little weights.
