Good FPS on PC?

Looking for a good FPS game to play on PC. I'm looking for an FPS that's about shooting things and contains as little as possible(AKA None) of the following:
Tutorialization

Cutscenes

Moments where i'm not in control.



QTEs


Stealth segments 

Artifically prolonged levels

This pretty much means that what i'm looking for excludes most games from the past 6 years. This list includes serious sam 3 and the only things that even closely resemble what i want are the ROTT reboot and trials ascend and the only older game that i can think of that matches the criteria is... well.. UT2007/TF2 and Quake 3.

And the other question is, Why are the current gen of games keeping the attitude of no fun allowed?

I'm playing CoD 4 at the moment, it's 100% run around and shoot stuff, the gameplay is still fun, and the player base (at least in my region) is mostly pretty mature.

Because they think Hollywood + Game = Fun. Try Counter Strike series that's if you like multiplayer FPS and for Singleplayer FPS I don't really know what to suggest apart from the good old Half Life or Bioshock series.

I've spent most of my childhood playing counter strike and dota in internet cafes. As fun as they were i'm pretty much over them both..
I havent really played the first bioshock but what i saw from infinite it's not exactly what i'm looking for.
Might do half-life though as i've never done the single player, but the multiplayer was fun as all hell.

System Shock 2! Just make sure you mod the hell out of it and it will look great.

Tried hard reset and it was... alright. Enough for what i wanted.

Bioshock 1 is a lot better than Infinite. Not just my opinion, lots of people feel this way.

i'd reccomend the arma series, bout as serrious as you can get, though i haven't ever played through the campain, the multiplayer and mods are quite amazing *cough*DayZ*cough*

the experience really depends on the community (ie: the particular server) it can make for an amazing experience or an absolutly horrible experience

Gotta have friends into Day Z to begin with otherwise it's just crap.  Too hard to trust anyone unless you get into a private hive with white listed players and that can take some time.

Other problem with Day Z is you can spend a lot of time doing nothing but running and crawling around, find an alice pack and a lee enfield then get sniped as you come out the door.
