Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.

Both are great.. Get wichever fits better in your build.

The Phanteks PH-TC12DX will outperform the Dark Knight, and offers color options, on top of a much superior mounting system. I have the big brother of the PH-TC12DX; the PH-TC14PE (dual tower 140mm heatsinks, rather than a single 120mm tower), and it works great. Fantastic performance, looks great (I recommnd the solid black one), but keep in mind that the fans it comes with areextremely loud at full-load, but relatively quiet at lower settings. If you want, grab some nice fas, like Corsair SP120, Cougar Vortex 120mm, or Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm fans, and really push your CPU far :)

There usually around the same performance while the Dark Knight definitley beats it in sound, at least from all the reviews ive read.
