For once i would like to know if its a good idea to buy such a cheap wireless-lan card or should i choose an more expensice mainboard?

Looks like your budget isn't quite enough for X99. I'd go Z97.
Yep, Z97 should be your choice. You can do a really nice build around 1400€.

Don't cheap out on your mobo, its like cheaping on the mortar that hold a brick house together. The Z97 will make a worthy replacement.
