I've seen this guy's videos before, not the best you can get for your money, but not terrible. I strongly reccomend that you try to increase your budget by $150, at around $650, you can get a build that you can overclock and upgrade.

Maybe take that build and tweak it to be better
Use an amd 6300 and 7870, or phenom 965 and 7850, both are much better. Intel isnt bad though
