Single thick rad's don't cool as well as dual 120mm rad, dual 120s are way better
the h80i costs $10 cheaper than the original h100 so get that, the only improvement corsair has done was have a different tubing and better fans that come with the kit. the suraface area is still the same and that stuff matters when OCin. Most people would just buy their own fans
I'm not sure about that motherboard for OC, Might look into something that's a 990FX maybe
