Good Budget Gaming Build?

Hey, I was wondering if this was a good combination for a budget gaming PC. If so, could it be able to run games like Planetside 2 on high settings with decent FPS? The build is an AMD FX 4100 with a AMD Radeon HD 7870.

yes, but get the FX-4300 or Phenom II 965 instead of the 4100

What are the improvements in the 4300? And is it worth it? Where I live doesn't seem to sell the Phenom, so I'll rule that one out

i kinda see the 4100 the testing waters kinda series, and the 4300 as the revised series where they fixed everything.
