Good Boot Drive Recommendations?

Hey Tek.
When Windows 10 came out, I got really pumped.
Then, I realized I need a good boot SSD to make the experience the best it can be.
On Friday, I will be picking up an R9 380, 600W PSU, and a new SSD.
But, I could use a recommendation.

Budget- $50-$150
Capacity- 64GB and above
Read/Write Speed- Something like 500/500
