I was looking to get one of these but they are currently out of stock. So I am looking for a good alternative.
Basically a quiet mechanical keyboard with back lite keys.

What's your budget? Do you want tenkeyless? Do you want mx brown switches, mx red switches, mx black switches?
Tenkeyless:
KBTalking Race keyboard (currently only available as a preorder through a group buy on Geekhack)
W/ Tenkey:
Ducky Shine (can get it through tankguys website or here)
XArmor U9BL-S (out of production but might be able to find one available through ebay or amazon)
Noppoo Pro (have to get it from here but its currently out of stock)
Around $100. I honestly don't know the difference. I am just sick of my G15.
Which ever keys are the most quiet.
You want quiet, and at the same time mechanical? hmmm.
Dunno about that.
Anyways:
Corsair K60 or K90.
I guess I mean brown switches. Not silent, just not a typewriter.
K60 and the K90 is crap. It isn't even fully mechanical. The function keys and the macros keys are all rubber domes...for the price they are charging they could have spent the extra $3 and made it fully mechanical.
$100 will not get you a mechanical backlit keyboard with cherry mx browns.
The closest you could come is the KBT Race keyboard for $110 (price w/o shipping).
It's ok if it goes a little over ($150 is absolute maximum).
I also need the website to ship fast (3 days UPS ground). Any suggestions?
Well I ended up opting for the Deck Legend 105 Tactile (MX Clear switches). It's definitely over your budget, but check it out if you want. Clear switches are basically just slightly stiffer browns.
You can get it with different colored back lights too. They come in blue, green, red, and white.

meh, I'm not a fan of the design. I needs more suggestions!

is tankguys.com reliable? It isn't asking me for any shipping options before I pay with paypal.

Yes, tankguys are very reliable. They are the only dealer for the OCN Ducky mech kbs. If you are going with the Ducky Shine, then you made a good choice. Lots of people are happy with them from what I've read.
