Good $20 PC gaming headset

I'm building a PC for my friend and he wants a decent 20 to $30 headset.  Preferably on Newegg. Thanks for any help.

At that price point I would suggest the Creative Fatal1ty gaming headset ,or the Turtle Beach z11.
