Gonna start Youtube. ANY VIDEO IDEAS YOU GOT?!

show me what you got!! i want to grow a channel as fast possible so i don't lose motivation you know?

HAHAHAHA how are these gamer youtubers with distorted audio becoming so big time?

ahaha thanks

A quality audio set-up is a must, the same with video-equipment (and the best video-editing programme you can acquire)

An eye for design-concepts in video-production would be a big help, too.

Well since youtube went shit don't even mention:

Drugs, Sex, Rape (even when you're talking about geting help after such events), alcohol, mental disorders, how to get help from said stuff. Don't talk about news where people are in dangerous situations etc etc.

Or you will not get 1 single nickel out of the pickel!

Seriously though, I'm done with youtube..

They aren't. The biggest youtubers (Pewdiepie, Markiplier, Smosh, Jacksepticeye, even LTT and TS) all have great audio.

You won't make it far in youtube using a shoebox as a microphone.

I suggestion you have your titles be in all caps and use as much click bait and rumors as possible. Works really well

i just bought a microphone for $1,000 thanks for the advice. No Joke now i'm invested and this better pay off.

Video editor? i cannot afford to pay for someone's service. I have to do it on my own even though video editing is probably not how my brain works. I still haven't figured out a good workflow when it comes to editing in premier pro.

To be honest i am tired of the clickbait boobs and cussing gamers. I have no issues with cuss words i
m a fan of standup comedy but i just think gaming doesn't require it, Like sometimes it's so uncalled for the way pewdiepie yells and cusses. Idk i guess youtube was always shit, but every now and then i find some gems and amazing content. Like i'm sure you remember the iron dick chainey joke fromt he tek, that was hilarious.

He meant program, not person, I believe.

If you're going to have a bad attitude about the advice you get, then you wont really get any.

sorry if it came off sarcastic i actually did buy it.

Oh. My apologies.

Probably shoulda went with something cheaper though.

Neumann TLM 49, the blue microphones are too colored for my liking. i can't be having that much top end my voice is kind of high as is.

and money is tight but I'm financing it so i might as well buy something that will last the long haul

id hold off throwing money and expecting a miracle audience to come from nowhere, it should probably start as a hobby if you want to be more realistic about the discipline and patience it would take to be noticed.

Well, besides audio/video quality, the only other piece of advice I could give is consistency. Whether you post daily, every other day, or weekly, you need to be sure you do so on the same day, at the same time, every time.

At first, maybe for the first year even, you'll have low numbers. But if you keep at it your numbers will go up, and you'll get your name out there. Maybe get collabs and whatnot. I know that;s not what you wanted to hear, but you aren't gonna pop 500k subs overnight.

As for videos? What do you LIKE to do? Do you like to game (and have ACTUAL commentary for it?) Do you like news, researching and stuff? Maybe a podcast? (do you have a lot to say about certain things?) Do you know a lot about stuff? (Tutorial videos?)

that's all true . i was thinking about dropping two videos a day just to spill out a ton of content. however i don't have video ideas at the moment.

Lots of contend is king. Don't be an ass to people. Something I still struggle with today. You can buy all the fancy cameras in the world and mic's lights and everything. But if your content sucks there is no fix with that. Allow yourself time to grow and become more comfortable on cam. The people that watch your channel come first. I feel a lot of people get into youtube to get away form the daily grind. And to get away from a boss or become the boss. But remember you work for the viewers. Let them have some say in what you create. Not 100% but give in just a little.

Well when looking at something to do videos with, you need to be sure its something you love to do. If you don't like it, you wont put in as much effort, and the people watching WILL be able to tell that you aren't completely invested.

You have to have that passion.
