Is there anyway to unlink your google+ profile from showing in my e-mails.. like I always say some stupid shit in google+ and I don't want people that have gmail also that I'm sending e-mail to encounter my google+ page which shows in the right side of the e-mail with my last posts.

Only two things i can recommend is to not say things you would regret later publicly, if you have to limit it to circles. Other then that the only thing you can do is create a separate gmail account for serious emails.
