Gigabyte's Aorus X370 K7

Hi, all, I'm building my first PC, I've decided to go Ryzen 1700 and overclock. There don't appear to be many reviews of the Aorus K7, which i'm primarily considering, is it a good choice, or am I better off with the ever popular ROG Crosshair 6? They both are about the same price. Thank you all.

It's a Gaming 5 with an additional external B-Clock Generator, so look for Gaming 5 reviews

Its basiclly a pretty decent board, with a good vrm implementation.
The K7 basiclly has the same vrm as the Gaming 5, but it comes with an additional B-clock generator.
If you checkout wendell´s review topic on the Aorus X370 Gaming 5,
i posted all the vrm specifications in that topic, which also applies for the K7.
The only thing you might run into, is that out of the box, Aorus / Gigabyte biosses can be a bit wonky.
So i would highlly recommend to update the bios firstly before anything else.
But other then that, its basiclly a fine board.

But so is the Asus Crosshair 6 Hero.

The Asrock X370 Taichi would overall be my pick of the bunge.
In terms of its price to quality and feutures, its one of the best X370 boards out there.
It has the best vrm implementation of all X370 boards currentlly.

That's a basic recommendation for anything Ryzen though
