Ultra is correct. your FPS is capped by your monitors refresh rate, so no matter what your video card is putting out will be reduced to your screens refresh rate when it is displayed. and even if it wasnt, theres no way the human eye can tell the difference between 100 and 300fps in counter strike... doodz.
I cant tell the difference for anything above 60fps.
