Can anyone tell me which one is better for 3570K? just wandering which is best from these three motherboard...

Both the Asus and the Gigabyte boards are good, I personally would not touch an asrock board as a friend of mine had a z68 extreme4 that is totally fried.

Another of my friends has almost exactly that gigabyte board and is LOVING it, he also has a 3570k in it.

Personally I would go the gigabyte.

Im running a Z77x-UD3H which just has a few extra little tid bits over just the D3H, but the overall board is solid and the Ultra Durable features plus the dual BIOS definitley makes it worth it.

I havent Oc'd my CPU yet but the Gigabyte poards have a solid power Design and tons of power options with the 3D Power, and with the Digital power Control the Voltage regulation is really good too.
