Don't know about anyone else, but a 10GbE LAN would do just perfectly for my home network.
What are your thoughts ? Anyone plan on getting one of these ?

Looks sweet, but I'm not looking to build a workstation for a couple years so not super excited
I think they maybe a little mis-informed about a few things.
It's the worlds first motherboard to sport just one LGA 2011 socket,
What about the several ASUS, ASRock etc.... and other Gigabyte boards. Maybe they mean first and only single socket 2011 board with integrated 10Gbit LAN, but it sure does come across as first single socket board... :/
why not just buying a 10Gbit pci-e lancard☺
In terms of upgrading, yes. But just starting(and if the price is right), it would be convenient.
