I currently have Time Warner Cable, and I wanted to now if there was any way to increase it's performance. My ping is usually 50-100ms on speedtest.net and my download speed is anywhere from 5mbs to 20 mbs. My internet also seems to need restarted everyday. Is this something to do with my router I got from the cable company, or is it something wrong with my Wireless router. Any help would be much appreciated.

No, Timewarner cable. I have them. Its all on their end. Their service is pretty bad.
How are you sure of this?
Probably more or less the same way I'm fairly sure it's on their end. TWC isn't exactly known for having great service.
