btw if you get anooyed by 10 year olds voices you shouldnt play with me. also i am 10 but i am not the dum cod kids. anyways i am getting an ibuypower pc of newegg i wanted to build one but my dad thinks i am gonna break the parts so yeah ill put the specs down of the pc

Drop that CPU down, and bump that GPU up. Building a PC is like playing with Legos; there is very little risk of breaking the parts unless you drop your CPU in root beer, or smash the CPU socket. 720 seems too low for a build of that spec from a company like ibuypower. post a link to all the specs, you may have made a mistake while comfiguring the build.
Go on their website and configure a PC that has a better GPU and at least a 500 watt power supply. The CPU does not really matter, as long as it's a quad core.
