oh yeah and mine craft

Drop that CPU down, and bump that GPU up. Building a PC is like playing with Legos; there is very little risk of breaking the parts unless you drop your CPU in root beer, or smash the CPU socket. As long as everything is plugged in properly, and you have a good PSU, you're fine. This is what I would get for your budget: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/SCq5

720 seems too low for a build of that spec from a company like ibuypower. post a link to all the specs, you may have made a mistake while comfiguring the build.

i am not building it so yeah

kk i am getting it of newegg not ibuypower http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227472

ill try to convince my dad though and my budget is 700 $

oh yeah and the os

$700 for a gameing pc that has a HD 7770?

I wish I could go round to the people who make these shitty pcs and slap them in the face

Go on their website and configure a PC that has a better GPU and at least a 500 watt power supply. The CPU does not really matter, as long as it's a quad core.

On an unrelated note, please don't construct your posts like you are having a conversation. Try to eliminate the misspellings, "so yeah"s, ext. It makes them more pleasent to read.

i have to pay the shipping witch is like a 100 $ where i live it would actually be more exspencive sry for spelling

NCIX's PCs are a lot better than ibuypower's

Just select the 500 watt power supply option in this, and you should be good.
