Getting data off an old Hard Drive

I got an old Seagate Barracuda ATA V (st3120023a) from a broken computer and was wondering what would be the easiest way to read the data. I tried to install it in my desktop computer but the sata cable does not fit. Is there some kind of adapter and if so which one would work?

Can you give us high res pictures plz? seriously. 'the connector doesn't fit' is not enough info PICTURES MOFO

You mean a IDE to SATA adapter?

Like this.

That's a IDE connection, I would grab a IDE to USB adapter then you can pull the data off of it that way.

use this one. it should be the simplist.
