Getting Cert Error From YouTube

When I open up YouTube on my laptop at work I get:

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

I am not networkminded but I can gather that YouTube is forcing HTTPS and if it cannot ensure it, it will not load the site. If that is right that is fine btu still does not make sense. All other HTTPS site load fine (including this one).

It is not that the site is blocked here, the teaching staff (of which I am part) have access to YouTube. It works fine on everybody else laptop.

I will say that the network set up in here is messy to say the best. Chrome on android will frequently refuse to load anything while the laptop right beside it will have no trouble at all.

Any help at all would be great, makes working a lot slower sometimes.

Flush your DNS cache, whilst you are disconnected from the network.

You may also need to clear your browsing cache within your browser as well.

Did that. Disconnect, flush DNS cache, clear browser, restart laptop and issue persists. Thanks for looking in, any other suggestions?

Uninstall browser for a fresh install perhaps?

The entire system install is only two weeks old but sure why not. I will be back soon.

EDIT: Nope problem persists.

make sure your clock is set correctly, i did that fail before.

Yup I have tried all the easy/obvious fixes already. Thanks though.

Does this error still occur if you are on a network with different gateway?

Okay sorry guys it is forced blockage in here. Thanks for the help. YouTube only works with a teachers account and on school laptops. So If I use my own laptop it is a no go but if I use the schools laptops it works fine.

Works on android just fine though...
