Getting Black flashes when I left click in some games

In some of my games (ex. League of legends, Fallout4) the window would get a millisecond flash and the window would show the window is not responding for just a millisecond. This is getting really annoying especially for fallout because it is literally unplayable cause it pauses when i left click essentially.

Edit : Switching from borderless to fullscreen back to borderless is a temporary fix

Edit: Going into Services and Disabling Desktop Window Manager Session Manage is a fix but it disables my aero as well.

I have the same issue when I push my GPU too hard. Not that I push it hard but I think I got a crap GPU... I can't even overclock it at all or else I see some dead pixels when i navigate on the internet. I don't know if you did OC but disable it and do tests.

I havent done any OCing on mines but its strange that its happening now

Try another GPU if you do have one. Or if you can return it for replacement, do so.
