Getting a weird issue when right clicking and all my computers when booting open up default browser to load MSN

I just noticed this right clicking bug http://imgur.com/a/aOvgp
And when I boot mine and my parents computers (5 of them) they open up MSN in the default browser immediately after logging in or connecting to the network after disconnecting.

Edit: All the computers on my network are showing up as limited connection even the ones that are wired. I don't get what is going on. Along with the MSN opening thing which happens as soon as I sign into my computer or connect to my network the default browser on its own opens a new tab to MSN. How can all my computers be doing this?

You need to set the homepage to whatever you want it to be.

As for the right click issue, dont know. my computer was doing that a while ago too, my solution was to wipe and reset windows.

Try scanning for malware and viruses to see if that may be the cause.

Found the solution.

You can disable it via setting following registry entry from 1 to 0:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet\EnableActiveProbing
