I'm getting a pretty rare gaming laptop, relax, they are pretty reputable in my country. I want to give it a review, what kind of things I should be reviewing at?
Which model are you getting?
If it's for gaming, cooling is a huge issue with gaming laptops. I would play some contemporary games and include temps with settings. Other than that laptops are a novelty. They usually sit where a desktop would for double the price.

Not necessarily. I have a Eurocom X3 (Clevo rebrand) and the GPU never gets above 70 under load, and it's overclocked.
I have pretty valid reason to get a gaming laptop. I'm forced to not able to play at home, so I have decided to get a gaming laptop for programming work and gaming.
Thanks for the advice.
It's a secret. ;)
lol closet gamer. banging headshots from a park bench.

After a few days of research, it turns out I'm gonna get a Clevo rebrand. But, the company allow potential buyers to visit their worksite and try all kinds of customisations hands on.
So I'm thinking of writing a review as some kind of blog that tells the story of this brand and a guy choosing his laptop. What do you think?
my friend has a sager laptop. seems quite nice, no gamer bling.
Sounds cool go for it.
Yeah, that's why I wanted that over MSI
I can vouch for this too... my Alienware 17, while loud at times, has never yielded above 70* for the 970M EVER. I have played Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4, Crysis 3, DoTA2, LoL, Heroes of the Storm, Battlefield 4, Witcher 2, Witcher 3... all between Very High and Ultra (Very High for Witcher 3 yielded around 50 fps avg) with avg 55-70 fps. The 9 series mobile GPUs are definitely NOT a novelty! I could not be happier with my Alienware 17!
