Should I get AMD Video's Cards for workstation programs and one for gaming too.
And getting a GTX 960 for there shadow play recording worth? Too.

Yes My project are subject to change and add the programs I going to use later and please comment about this project if you can. Thank you very much people.

All ready got a AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor , MSI 970 GAMING ATX AM3+ Motherboard &EVGA SuperNOVA 1000G2 1000W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Does any of the software you're gonna be using benefits from CUDA? If not, 380 is both better at gaming and better in calculations. 960 only have CUDA. If you don't need CUDA, then no need to lower your gaming performance with similarly priced weaker card.

Yes Most like program like eagle cad, blender 2.67 use Open GL mostly

Your storage and cooling solution and case is ridiculously over the top looking at other components, and that GPU is DEFINITELY not going to run games well at 1440p.
Also, those SSDs are terrible. Don't buy them.

I have very tight budget, unless you want to donate to my PC build then? It will really help! Me too.

I going back to pc prat picker , newer SSD drives then update my project prats then.

I agree your cooling isn't practical for any use case considering this budget only includes a 960...

Thank you feedback, I just going to swap two original case fans case for the Case Fan: Noctua NF-A14 industrialPPC-3000 PWM 158.5 CFM 140mm Fan then

It's $2200. Not a tight budget. You're spending an insane amount on storage which you won't use and fans which you don't need.

yeah... unless if you have some explanation for needing almost 10tb in storage you should drop a couple hard drives...

And those fans regardless, nothing in there is going to get hot enough to justify them.

I don't know if you realise this, but those 3000rpm fans, no matter the brand will sound like a vacuum cleaner. No way around it.
D14 is not going to be overkill if the processor is overclocked. However the sh*tty mobo will not allow you great OC results.
IDK if you realize how much 12TB of storage actually is. I have 500gig hard drive and it's nowhere near full, and I am recording gameplay and editing video.
Basically it needs a lot of changes...

Erhm, no, at this price point, doing video editing and such, you'd go for something like a 5820K unless you were mental.

I'd do something like this then you've got almost $500 for a monitor. Could get a very nice IPS 1440p panel for that. And some good peripherals.

Huge jump from the crazy fx-6300, GTX 960, overkill PSU, pile of fans, crap SSDs and 9TB of awful high failure rate HDDs you've got going on.
The build you've got up there is insanely trollish, you've literally picked the worst HDDs and SSDs imaginable. no-one in their right mind would do something like that with that money.

maybe its just me but i recently built a way more powerful machine for less than that. seems like you like to waste money on fans...

But also have do my art college work as well and don't won't to hack a gaming GPU just use creative software from adobe student program as well.

Do have have real data to back up those claims too?

I been reading a lot of google info and reviews and other you tubes claim that colder AMD CPU are the better AMD CPU Work.

Do you really need double precision for your adobe suite? If not. Hardware based acceleration from either CUDA or openCL will still be possible with a gaming oriented GPU.

I have all buy three prats all ready.

But not what I have hear from most tech YouTube and not lot people shown, Gaming GPU, in there artist workstation, also I hear the workstation GPU work better with adobe suite then gaming GPU That like saying workstation vedio card is still be oriented for vedio gaming too?

That how Interpret that , just using gaming GPU for artist creative adobe program.
