So which is better I have a free selection in me laptop which should I pick
The 970 is a stronger gaming card but the quadro is a mobile workstation grade card. So if your doing 3d modeling, the quadro is the card for you. If your gaming the 970m is the obvious choice by far. Its going to be 5x better in games but if your doing 3d modeling in C4D, you'll want the quadro.
