Assuming you mean to use it for gaming and that your plasma is 1080p, then yes, it will handle most games on very high or ultra settings.
If you mean just for watching video or productivity, then you're best off looking at integrated graphics solutions like an AMD A10 or low-end Intel processors. They are much cheaper.
