Regarding the GPU i dont know if i should choose the GTX 670 or the AMD Radeon HD 7970 and which brand of these.I dont know which of these should i choose(i dont OC)
Regarding GPU, get the 7970 by far better then 670 unless your editing with adobe and the brand you should get are either sapphire or Gigabyte (I would prefer Sapphire) the other ones have cooling for overclocking such as asus and xfx is a piece of shit.

Looks good! For the graphics card, since you're not going to overclock, I'd get a factory overclocked 7970. The Gigabyte 7970 is already overclocked, but is voltage locked which tends to get overclockers a bit annoyed. That won't be a problem to you though, so go with the Gigabyte 7970. If you're willing to spend an extra ~$50, buy a Sapphire 7970GHz.
