So i followed this video made by tek syndicate:

And i cant even play Titanfall with it... I also have the same problem with Crysis 3 ...

Which is a none playable framerate. i have my drivers up to date I cannot see why this is happening. i even have my CPU water cooled temps are not ridiculous which to me would mean the card cant handle it. I dont know who or where to turn too. 

Any help? For those who dont want to look at the video i linked here are my specs.

How many FPS are you getting? What is your monitor resolution? Which drivers are you running? When did the problem first present itself (if this isn't a brand new build). 

 I think it's either a software or driver problem since your hardware is more than capable of handling those games. Try running hardware monitor and check at what percentages the CPU and GPU are running at when you game.

Did you install all MoBo and GPU drivers?  I agree that the build you have is plenty powerful enough to run those games.
