Hey guys, Pretty new to building PC's, In fact this will actually be my first full build ( I've only modified before ) And was looking for good suggestions, as to what components to use, or even a full PC build would be welcome... Im looking at a budget of around £500 so please gimme a hand folks, Cheers :D
Assuming no OS:

Plenty of room to upgrade. You'll need a more powerful PSU if you want to SLI later, though. You can upgrade to an FX-8350 if you wish, as well.
Ok brilliant, thank's man.. I'll have a look into it, and yeah you were right in assuming no OS =]
A little over and a much faster video card (the ram in the list above is actualy £80 if you follow the link)

Total: £526.99
+1 for this build. If you want to go faster than this the Fx-8320 and R9-280x or GTX760 in otherwise the same build would be the go, you can also add a cheap SSD if boot\load times annoy you and you've got a few extra.
I will note however you'll need to add a couple of 120mm PWM fans before you can actually run this, but this is only going to cost £6.55 per cheap fan or £15.93 for a very good one, including shipping.
Also think if you need wifi, a decent PCIe1x unit (far better than usb) from Asus is about £14.50 and will work well on your mobo, giving good network speeds, although you can cheap out a bit here... but really I wouldn't recommend it, its normally either a lot of trouble or much slower speeds and saves about £5.00
Finally if you want slightly less noise and either lower CPU temps or a slight overclock (very possible with your CPU and mobo) then you can choose to invest in a CPU cooler, a basic 120mm air tower unit like the hyper212evo will cost about £23.98 and work fine, especially if you add a second fan (see price above). You can certainly get better units than this, I run a H90 AIO liquid cooler worth over £80 in my rig, but I wouldn't recommend this for your budget, as really even the stock cooler is good enough, just the other is certainly an upgrade option should you decide you want lower temperatures or higher performance later on.
Personally not a fan of that case, and its using a lesser mobo, however the M5A97 R2 is still a quality unit and for £23.49 its going to run higher graphics settings, plus those graphics cards overclock well, so its defiantly an option. Still needs case fans, wifi and some shipping cost though (like the above build), so expect to pay a bit more than the listed £526.99 but yes, this will game better if your willing to downgrade the mobo chipset.
i made this: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/27BFt
With XFX Radeon 7950 DD card. its the black edition. (900 mhz)
grtz Angel ☺
Why you need wifi? it hasent been asked for and you dont need a 990X mobo for a 6core if you whant to spend more the 990FX mobo is £5 more than the 'inbetween' 990x chipset that makes no sence...(hence why none makes them anylonger) and the z5 allready has 3 120mm fans come with it.
The high end xfx cards have overheating problems none whants them in the uk thats why thay are dirt cheap.
The MSI is clocked higher to out the box to 960Mhz (i have one)
+1 on this one, but I highly recommend getting a different case. Something like a Source 210 Window+Fan or a Z11 Plus would be great, but otherwise very solid rig.
If you haven't heard already, higher-end XFX cards have serious problems with overheating and noise. They get super hot and they make a ridiculous amount of noise. It's why they sell for so cheap at the moment here in the UK. I'd recommend getting a good brand R9 270X or HD7870 instead (HIS, MSI, Sapphire Vapor-X or Toxic, ASUS). My personal favorite R9 270X card is the HIS IceQ and IceQ X2, but I also really like the MSI model as well, so it's really just down to brand preference and aesthetics.
i never heard about overheating problems on XFX DD black editions. only the single fan ghost editions are known to me as overheaters. ☺
anyway there are more cheaper 7950´s to get. ☺ so there is enough to choose from, the msi 7950 is also not a bad choice offcourse.
Yep the DD higher end ones have huge problems people are running tham @ 100% fan speeds to keep them under 90c! thay realy cheaped out on the tim on them thay are not bad cards if you are going to rip the cooler off and put a aftermarket cooler on them like a ARCTIC Accelero Xtreme.
Ive seen XFX 7970's go for £180-£190 here bargain if you are going to water cool them or you have a Accelero Xtreme to put on them.
