Gaming pc halp no Audio

So I been working on my rig for the longest time and I just can't get any audio, I know that there are audio drivers out there for my model but I just can't get them to work.

 

 

Specs 

Socketed Pentium 3 667mhz

256mb ram

Geforce 3 64mb Ti 

Compaq presario 5000

 

 

I actually do need some audio drivers to be quite honest. And I can't for the life of me get them to install properly.

That machine is absolutly archaic, but now on to the audio problem, have you tired running the drivers as administrator? are you sure the drivers are for the correct MB? do you get USB audio?
