Gaming PC Build

Hi everybody.
I would like to build a gaming PC using used parts to lower the cost. The final build should be around 1000 ish euros but as i am buying used, the actual price of the same parts new is not super relevant. I will use this machine mostly for gaming, and day to day use (watching videos, browsing, nothing fancy)

As of now these are the parts i think i will use (http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/r2qWTW)
I'll add any cheap 8-16 GB ram kit i find

I have doubts about the PSU. Is that wattage overkill? Should i maybe buy the PSU new to avoid problems? What brands/ models can you recommand?

About the motherboard do you have any idea of other boards around 200 euros new that would fit? (I will be overclocking, i am thinking of crossfire in a few years and i might need RAID 0 but i think most higher end boards do that.)

For the storage am i better off grabbing many SSDs and having like one for the OS, one for steam etc + an old HDD i will grab out of my old system or should i just buy one larger SSD and a SSHD for whatever program doesn't fit on the SSD ?

I will also need a screen, preferably IPS, 24 to 27" (haven't made up my mind yet) and 1080 to 1440p. Preferably in the 200-250 euro price range.

Finally i have a Win8 license for a laptop i bought (lenovo yoga 2 pro) but that is now running linux. Can i reuse this key or is it somehow locked to the laptop?

Thank you for your time

If you have 1000 euros I would buy this new:

Buying used is sketchy.

For gaming and day to day use an i5 is better than an i7.

Edit: man you guys have terrible hardware prices...

Yeah i was going to go for something similar at first. But you can easily find new-used hardware, i mean hardware that was bought but never taken out of the box which would save me a lot of money.

If i could have an i7 for the price of an i5 shouldn't i take it?
Were i to buy new, wouldn't a xeon E3 be a better choice?

OCing xeon is different matter, usually its done with base clock which will change your ram settings, and other stuff may be affected/unstable to. Also some motherboards dont like it.If you don`t want to oc you can get xeon or non-K cpu.
