Gaming PC Build. Are parts compatible?

I want to know if I will run into hiccups after setting this up or if it will run at all. I could also change to better parts for about the same price.

 any help is much appreciated

Psu, ocz isnt really trust worty in my books.

id rather go for xfx 550 watt for around the same price.

And the rest looks really good

There is nothing wrong with that power supply it is 80+ silver certified. What's wrong with that?

that just means its efficient, not that it wont fail easily

OCZ dosent make the most reliable power supplies

SuperFlower and SeaSonic typically make the best PSUs

make sure to get a "k" CPU so you can fully overclock it
