This PC Build is being used for gaming at medium to high settings at 1080p. I will also live stream games that is why I went with an i7. Games that I will play include GTA V, Skyrim, the Witcher 3, and Batman: Arkham Knight.
I will also be making a dual boot gaming pc and hackintosh. All parts are compatible however I want to know your opinion on these parts. I have no interest in over clocking and I will probably upgrade within 3 years.

I would suggest getting more RAM (about 16gb) if you plan on streaming and gaming at the time. Also not sure if and i7 would be better at streaming then a i5 but it may beneficial to get an i5 and use the cost differential to get an SSD, more RAM, or a CPU cooler.
Well I was gonna use the extra cores for editing the footage as well as for ram isn't streaming more CPU intensive? Ssd I can agree on
Yes, it definitely would. Extra threads are going to help you in streaming.
It may be more cost effective to go down the AMD route though (get an 8 or 6 core), and use the money saved for (in order of preference, in my opinion anyway) an SSD, some more RAM, and an aftermarket cooler. Reason being an SSD as a boot drive has some pretty significant benefits in boot and loading times, adding an SSD later as a boot drive will be more hassle than adding more RAM or changing a CPU cooler IMO (cloning stuff around).
I'd get some more RAM over an aftermarket CPU cooler because if you're streaming I don't reckon you're going to find 8GB will be enough, I'm not too sure about this. I could be wrong and if so someone else, please, shout at me.
I probably should have researched a bit before making an opinion but if you plan on editing your footage then an i7 all the way. Great choice in parts though. I haven't seen that motherboard before though i trust gigabyte with my own motherboard so probably all good.
Everyone keeps telling me to go for an SSD so I think I am. As for RAM I'll wait on that I don't mind if videos take longer to process. Thanks for the advice
Aye, on this budget though, going with an FX-8350 per se gives you $120ish to throw at other things, like an SSD for a boot, which you're probably going to see a bigger difference from in the overall experience of using the thing.
@rishychawla if you don't mind videos taking a bit longer to process, dropping down to an FX-8350 would probably be a logical option as it still gives you cores spare while playing games to record stuff, and leaves you money to grab an SSD and maybe an aftermarket cooler if you'd rather see what your RAM usage is like rather than getting 16GB worth straight off per se.
I wanted to build a hackintosh so it requires Intel CPUs unfortunately
Ah, is there any particular reason why? Benefits of ditching that idea might be greater than those going with it. Might be alternate programs available you're not aware of etc.
Scratch that, forget the OS debate, it'll turn into a shitstorm knowing this place.
If you're not into overclocking you might be able to scrape some cash going with a non-K series chip.
I understand its because i like the cleaner interface of mac but if its too much of a hassle i might forget about it. However, i would still like the option open
I'm amazed at the community's (and mine) maturity in not arguing over this statement lol
Also the build looks good, Only thing i would do would be to get more ram.
lol yeah, I think it's because I straight up said:
Just gonna stick this here: If you only want OSX for the aesthetics, you can probably get those same aesthetics elsewhere.
