Gaming pc build $1000

Looking for some helps and tips on upcoming build on Black Friday and Cybermonday. (US)

 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/28NsL (I already have Window 7 Home)

I'm planing on upgrading the CPU to Fx-8350 around New Year and build another one with that Fx-6300 for my brother pc. And I have a Segate Baracuda 2T and another 750GB drive from current PC.

I'm planing on using this pc for mostly Starcraft II (I play a lot of fastest map :) and mass build an army).

maybe other games like BL2, D3, BF4, and Witcher 3 (when it comes out).

I'll be gaming on 1080p monitor.

-Thank you for your time

i made this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/28Psd

the mobo and the cpu are better but if you have the patience i would wait for the changes in the GPU market and maybe save up for a 290 with a aftermarket cooler. but that is my personal opinion.

I have this case, I wouldn't use it for a $1000 build. It only has 11 inches exactly for video card room and no real way to route cables except between the video card and HD tray. Though I suppose if you do use the full 11 inches, you could have them go between the video card and the left side panel. I also would have preferred a few more options for cooling, maybe two fan mounts in front and a single bigger fan on the side panel or something.  A good case can last a long time even though the instinct is save a few bucks. I, at least, have regretted skimping a bit.

ok with the input of the person above you indeed should reconsider the case maube go for a fractel core 3000 it will cost you some more but dont skimp on the case or if you want just an awesome case you should consider the fractel define r4 (i love the case its just so versatile)

I didn't want to skim out on the case but the desk I'm using right now really limit the case I can pick to fit into the pc holder. If you guys can recommend a case that has dimension of (LxWxD) 22x10x18 or less.

-Much appreciated!

i just built this system:

FX-4130 w/ Zalman ultra cooler

ASrock 970 Extreme3 motherboad

8gb Gskill 1600mhz ram

74gb Raptor drive

1tb WD blue

Thermaltake 500w Psu

xfx double d r9 270x

Cooler Master Elite 430 case

I'm into this build around 600$ so far and my gaming benchmarks are as follows:

BF4: Ultra presets,110% resolution scale 1080p. 40-60fps

Assassin's Creed Black Flag: 1080p max settings 4x AA. 40-50fps

Call of Duty Ghosts: 1080p Max settings 4x AA. 40-50fps

I only overclocked the gpu slightly using msi afterburner. this could be a really good setup for you also.

you can skip the t20. for the rest a solid build.
