i have a frend that want to start pc gaming and im thinking of suggesting him a amd athlon 760K with a amd 7850 8gb of ram and a 1tb HD his budget is 700$ max 

 

so is this going to be a good gaming pc for that budget?

also i wanted to replace the cpu to a amd fx 6300 but due to budget constraint i was not able too
