Gaming on New com. Need Help!

I am playing a game called League of Legends and what happens is my gameplay freezes but i can still move my mouse. Then in about 10-15 secs it goes black with aduio. Then about 3 secs i am back, and ussally deade becuase of it. I just built my own computer, Drivers seem to be updated, I am conected to my router too.

I have Intel Ci3 2120, msi micro z77ma-g45, DDR3 8gb ram 1333mhz, and gpu is AMD radeon HD 6670.

I"ve got no clue, what applications do you have running at the time?

Could just be a game bug. Check their forums because it doesn't sound like a hardware issue.
