Well you only really need 8gb of ram unless you're editing large files, so you could get less ram. You could also get a smaller SSD as there's not really much point in putting anything else on there but applications you run everyday and the OS, but that's completely your choice.
The green drives are no good, the blue and black outperform them, or you could a nice seagate barracuda. 850 Watts might be overkill but if you plan on upgrading in the future then it would probably be alright.
