Gaming build for a friend £530

Although I like to think I know a lot about PCs I am building my friend a somewhat budget build for 1080p gaming and thought I had better see if anyone had any suggestions to change the build. New games like Titanfall and GTA IV, maybe GTA V when it releases for PC are what he will be playing. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/39ReY
