Gaming build for a close friend - will this suffice?

Hello! 5 days ago, I built my gaming and editing rig. I had a pretty large budget ($2200), and got really nice parts. However, my friend would like to build a cheap gaming rig to replace his 2008 iMac desktop. He may be salvaging several parts from another friend's gaming computer, but that isn't guaranteed. I have tried to make the most affordable gaming computer that will be able to last longer than the other $500 gaming builds. Here is my current build for him:

I will be giving him a 2.5TB HDD that I just bought, but don't need, and can provide any SATA or PSU cables he needs. Is this the most affordable I can make the build? I don't want him to waste money on a budget build that will be trash within a year and a half. Please let me know any changes to the build, or suggest an entirely new build if you think it's necessary. Thank you for your help; I hope we can build my friend a computer - his iMac is pretty terrible; 1 gig of RAM....

Cheers,

Thats hardly a "budget" system but that will do.

if you have more questions my email is [email protected]

This will pretty much run any game you throw at it at max on 1080p, so yeah.
