So I am building a computer in april maybe sooner and I just want your guys' opinions on the parts I choose. I realize better parts might come out until April, but this is what I would choose if I were to build it now. Also I'm not sure if I should just get a 780 or stick with this 770 then sli later on.

I think it more than powerful enough to play all games on max. The RAM is a steal for that speed
