I am using an Asus K53SV laptop with a GT630m, an i7-2670qm and 4gb ddr3. I have windows 8.1 installed and the nVidia Control Panel was not using the dedicated graphics, it was using the intel hd3000. After making every program "open as administrator", my GPU is used but now all of my games are stuttering. In Warlords of Draenor I usually have 50-60 fps and then is drops to 20-22 every few seconds. I have checked GPU tweak and my gpu is not throttling and I have not overclocked either the CPU or the GPU (CPU not throttling either). I think windows is switching between Inter hd3000 and GT630m, PLEASE HELP.
