Game Issues- I assume its a HDD Problem? HELP!

I feel like I have a fairly unique issue, as I have not seen this reported on forums etc. Its starting to really annoy me. Help would be greatly appreciated :)

Ill post Specs as people request them anyway:

Asus B85 Pro Gamer

Intel Core i5 4670k- was OC to 4.4ghz through Asus Auto setting- tested for over 3 hours: Max temp 82 Degrees C

Sapphire R9 290- was OC to 1100mhz and 1350mhz memory-it maybe the problem (added.2 to the voltage)

2x4GB HyperX Beast 1600Mhz

A WD 250GB HDD- Was given too me. About 7 yrs old and 90% full

FSP 650W 80+ Silver PSU

Windows 7 64 bit SP1

and the rest you can ask.

So to the Problem

The current state of the problem is that I can play any game in my library at all for about 15 minutes (Dota II is almost exactly 15 minutes every game) until it would either freeze for maybe 10 seconds which then it would continue the game at a locked frame rate of about 25 fps with very high latency: 60-70ms (practically unplayable). If the game crashes then I can go back into the game, with the EXCEPTION of Dota where it can be played as normal, and it will continue to play at 25fps and the high latency.

Also my games would almost always crash after i try to minimize the game and start MSI Afterburner to monitor these statistics.

Sometimes it will appear with the BEX error- Only started today

Sometimes it will say that the AMD Driver has crashed- this is very rare.

Any at all help I will be very greatful for as this is a very frustrating issue and I chose TekSyndicate for help :)

i would say that the oc on the gpu is the problem run in on stock see if that works, and also remove your oc on your cpu and see if it works and btw running it for 3 hours doesn't  mean its stable i recomend you atleast run it for a full day. and still then it doesn't mean its stable

and why the hell do you use shitty text font its realy annoying

Sorry it must have automatically formatted it from my profile. I have removed the OC  from both CPU and GPU once i started noticing this problem more fully. It originated on my previous AMD system where it would start to lag and freeze occasionally. I will do some further testing but it has not made any difference so far. Will post an update later on today.
