Game controller misconfigured (Linux Mint LMDE +Lutris +Overwatch)

Finally got Lutris up and running Overwatch but… I have an issue ANY controller I connect has it’s axis mapped to the wrong buttons how do I REMAP Controller Axis and re-calibrate everything

my right analog stick is flopped with my right trigger and left trigger

plus i get this strange bug when i get in game

can’t move hero stuck in one spot and i just spin around to the left and my aim drifts up and now locks to the ceiling I this Wendel had an issue like this but he was able to resolve it with some effort.

in Lutris:

notice apply is greyed out when I set “(js)” to be disabled

“(event)” looks fine… but when i hold a button it’s erratic (like old school turbo button erratic does not stay pressed, it flickers)

for “(js)” both triggers are unmapped, X,Y works, however everything else is borked Please help
my triggers are not
