I recived my 670 today, I was thinking about going with the gainward phantom edition which essentially is a 680 in disguise, but the fact that it was a three slot cooler tunred me away from it. Why I went with Gainward over the other vendors is that it was the only 670 I could get in the UK.

I don't have the games or software to post good benchmarks, but there are plenty of them online already. So far I havent found anything that it can't run maxed out at 1080p happily over atleast 60fps. That includes Crysis2 (with those crazy patches). Runs Minecraft decently also, which is a bonus.
The drivers are quite new, and a few of my apps arn't happy using the cuda cores, I expect this to be updated soon.
In conclusion.
I don't know why you would buy a 680 when a 670 is quite a large sum cheaper and is only a fraction behind the 680. Now I have to go buy some more dx11 games, or perhaps a 3d monitor.
