G500 problems

Hi guys. First of all, sorry form my bad English.

I have weird  problems with my mouse and logitech support gave up on me so I have no alternative. Here it is:

My mouse loosing connection's with setpoint from time to time. Example, I have 3-4 prifiles for 3-4 games/applications. One of them is chrome browser. In the midle of the work mouse switch to the default profile from the mouse memory for no reason. Then  I open random app, and again switch to the chrome and mouse pick up profile from setpoint and again, everything works ok.

So the problem is that  mouse don't stay  using profile for XY application for all time. Day just from no reason switch to the default profile witch is on mouse memory. Then I need to close app, open up again (or something) and day apply profile normally.

Second problem is that, sometimes, wen I turn my PC on, setpoint starts with windows but he dont work. Just freeze it self or something and in that moment, I need to kill setpoint in my task manager and then start setpoin manually. Sometimes I need it to do that 2-3 times because setpoint starts but dont work. Just "siting" in the task manager like process and I kill him again until it works.

Third problem is that.. wen I turn my PC on, LED on the mouse starts blinking. So I need to unplug him, plug him again and he starts to working.

___________

Major is with setpoint. I try many versions. I try one version from logitech support, they gave me. No hope. I try on windows 7, windows 8 and 8.1. I test him on my laptop, Lenovo  G500 with win8. No hope.

Is there any fix for this, is there any way to edit firmware or flash him with a old ones ? Right now I'm using 58.18. Like I sad, logitech support gave up on me so I'm still looking for a solution.

If the problem persists across multiple computers, operating systems and software versions, then it suggests that it is a problem with your mouse it's self, rather than the software.  If it's still under warranty, I'd see if Logitech will RMA it.

Mouse is 1y old but I have no papers. So I cant claim anything. Yes, I thing hardware is a problem. But I'm trying to fxit somehow.

Maybe try reverting to a previous version of the Setpoint software and test it.

I tried from oldest to latest versions. Same problems.

But.. Right now I have only 3 profiles. 2 on the setpoint, one is default one which I cant delete. And one for chrome and one profile on mouse memory (for battlefield). And surprising no problems at all. It sticks with the profile that  I need it in that moment. The only problem is wen I shut down setpont then try to turn him on, he freezes so I need to kill him in task manager and try again. After 3-4 attempt he starts to working fine. But that's no big deal.

So, wen I'm using the minimum number of the profiles, its ok. But so far wen I had that big problems with shuffling with prifiles, I had 4-5 profiles in the setpoint. Right now, with 2 of them and one on mouse memory, works ok.

I will starts to add one by one and see if he break's.

I don't think Logitech requires receipts or paperwork of any kind for an RMA (though don't quote me on that).  It's not like returning it to a store.  A logitech product is a logitech product.  I'd give them a call or chat with them online and see if they can do anything for you.  Worth a shot at least.

After 5-6 mails of discussion about a problem, day sad to me to: "Unfortunately, we must inform you that your product is defective."

..and to  take a mouse to the store. Wen I sad I dont have a papers, and I'm sick of the all logitech devices (witch I em, I'm done with them). Day send me in a  last email generic mail that the conversation is over etc. So day gave up on me.
