Still, 4.53ghz is a respectable overclock. The base clock on the 8350 is 4ghz (4.2 is turbo core and that does not mean that all cores can simultaneously reach that speed despite what people seem to keep throwing around), so 4.53 still represents a 12% increase. So I wouldn't be too unhappy with that.
Actually, I should ask also - were you overclocking using only multipliers or a combination of NB and multipliers?
And which motherboard are you using?
Depending on your settings we may be able to squeeze some more out of it yet.
Multiplayer 22.5
NB?
FSB is on auto 201 (weird it should be 200) usualy i cant go over 200 whitout things geting unstable so i levae it alone.
Board: Gigabyte FXA990 UD3 rev: 1.2
I can go higher no problem about that but at 4.53 the temps are HOT so i wont be going higher. In prime its stable for a few minutes but as soon the temp go over 62C i stop prime but its stable. In games like BF3 when i play for a few hour the temps dont exeed 53C
You can find the other spec here on my profile

the 70s are the danger zone letting you know you should be watchful and anything past 80 is damaging where are you getting that 50C is a bad temp for 4.5Ghz?
50C while gaming when runing prime the temps go over 60. And everyhewhere i read it says this cpu shouldnt go over 60C. (i plan to use this cpu for a very long time).
you shouldn't have it go over 60 while gaming and 70 while prime95 so you got a 10C headroom
I sure hope you are right. :/
From what I've been told a Piledriver will shut itself down before 70 degrees... I think 68 was the absolute maximum from memory.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I've read in numerous places that Prime95 is glitched in many cases for FX processors? I've found that even the most modest OC is unstable in Prime95 (with FX) blend tests, yet is completely stable in any other testing program as well as real world.
I would suggest switching out your stock fans if you already haven't on the H80i ?
