fx8350 - gtx 670 rig

Hey guys, I just wanted to get your opinion on the system I'm about to order.

As the subject already says I will get the AMD FX-8350. Why not the i5 3570K? Because of the PS4. I think this will be the more future-proof option and also I will do some editing and rendering.

As my GPU I will get the GeForce GTX 670 FTW Signature 2 because it is good and I found it on sale here in Germany.

The rest will be:

620W Seasonic M12II

Corsair Vengeance Black 16GB DDR3 1866 CL9 RAM

Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB SSD + 3TB HDD

And I was thinking a ASRock Fatal1ty Pro 990FX, but I'm not sure whether to get the ASRock or the Asus Sabertooth R2.0, what do you think which is better?

I will put all of this in a NZXT Phantom 410 case and get some extra fans and the NZXT Kraken X40.

I'm looking forward to your opinions on this system.

Looks pretty good, the one thing I would change is to swap out that x40 with a higher end air cooler. liquid cooling is over rated, and the lower end liquid coolers tend to perform about the same as the air coolers in the same price range.

I agree with anarmypig-

and the mobos,...    I'd go for the ASRock if you're a little tighter on the budget.

something about the ASRock~

  1. 12+2 power phase vs. 8+2
  2. ASRock typically supports high mem clock. I have no idea why.

But i do think the Asus is the better board. as they do make a LOT of cool stuff and hardware. either one will do great.

P.S. your case has a window, What one looks better?

I wanted to go with the NZXT HAvik 140, but I don't know if it would fit in the Phantom case. I watched some videos on different coolers and the X40 keeps the CPU a bit cooler than the Havik 140 + it looks really cool with the blue glowing NZXT logo.

And the ASRock Mobo looks better aswell in the case since I wanted to get a black one and keep everything inside black-blue-red but performance is more important to me than looks.
