Fx6300 and Asrock 970 extreme4 help

Will i need to bios flash/chipset flash this mobo for the processor to work with it?

I think it will work out of the box ☺ but its depending on how old the board is, with which bios it comes out of factory.

I have the exact build with a ASRock 970 Extreme 4 and an AMD FX 6300 and they work fine with each other out of the box, no problem!
